    I think my favorite is Montana, but I like Stretch of the Highway and Wild Mountain Thyme a lot as well.

    There’s no news yet, but I was hoping he will be back in Europe in 2017 or 2018.

    So far there are no official plans for a tour. I think last year he said it would be 2017 at the earliest, but it’s also definitely possible that we’ll have to wait until 2018 or so.

    There are pre-sales on JT’s website. For that you do not need any code, just make sure you have and account on the website (you have to be logged in for the pre-sale).

    If there are other pre-sales by third-parties, we cannot really help you with that I’m afraid.
