It looks like nobody goes in the Musicians Corner section of this forum anymore.
I posted chord diagram sheet music for “Go Tell It on the Mountain” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” that I worked out and posted in the Musicians Corner. I worked them out to go with the versions on the “James Taylor at Christmas” CD. This was a last minute project and unfortunately was not finished in time for this year’s Christmas
It is obviously too late for Christmas this year, but I will dust them off for next year’s Christmas.
So… Here is a song that is about New Years Eve that I am posting in time. This chord voicing sheet music is complete, but I have not had the time to put it into my sheet music software that displays the actual chord diagrams. (This how I start working out a song).
This version is by John Pizzarelli (I linked the YouTube of him performing it)
I wish JT would cover this.
Here is the sheet music I did. Don’t bother lecturing me about proper chord names (many of them are incorrect). I don’t have the time nor inclination to study chord theory.
If you want to edit this document, close it and “right-click” the document icon. Then, at the bottom of dialog box click “Properties” and un-check the “Read Only” square.
